Advice for your installer, and one contact for what comes next.

A building company had won a holiday village project. They had the architect's drawings and a firm opening date, but no contact at a factory in Estonia.
We found a panel house manufacturer that fit the design and the budget, settled the technical details with their architect, and checked every package before it left the factory. Their own team installed the houses, and the village opened on time.
We had drawings and a deadline. Margus handled the factory side, so our team could focus on the site.
Companies we work with

Almost everything Estonia's wooden house factories build is sold abroad. We bring these houses to construction companies, developers and architects in many countries.

Founder and CEO
Margus built up the French market department of a major wooden house manufacturer. He knows your market and is a native speaker of French, English and Estonian.
After 18 years in wooden house sales, I know how much depends on getting every detail right before production. I put all of that experience to work so that you get the house you really want.
Buying a house from a factory abroad raises the same questions every time. Here are our answers.
Prefabricated panel houses and modern log houses, built to your drawings.
We work with several established Estonian manufacturers and choose the one that best fits your project and its requirements.
Before production. We work with your architect and the factory on the technical details and production drawings, so the house is built the way it was designed.
We visit the factory and check the packing lists of the finished packages against the production parts list before the house leaves. For panel houses, we can send you photos of the finished elements.
The manufacturer provides the certificates for the house, and we pass them to you. The design is approved locally by your building engineer and, where needed, the local authority.
