Every detail settled before production
Buying a wooden house from a factory abroad means agreeing the details between your team and the manufacturer. We help you do that, from the first conversation to after delivery.
No two projects are the same. These five stages explain where we help. We shape the work around your project and the team you already have.
01 — The right manufacturer for your project
We start with a conversation about what you want to build. You do not need finished drawings to get in touch. We listen to your needs and help you explain them to the factory.
We work with established Estonian manufacturers of prefabricated panel houses and modern log houses. We choose the manufacturer that best fits your project and its requirements. You have one contact for the factory side, in French or English.
02 — Drawings and details agreed before production
We work with your architect and the factory on the technical details and production drawings. The requirements for the house kit are settled before production, so your team and the manufacturer work from the same agreed details.
Your locally chosen building engineer approves the design, together with the local authority where required. We pass the manufacturer's certificates to you so your team can use them in that process.
03 — A factory check before the house leaves
We visit the factory and compare the packing lists of the finished packages with the parts list and quantities prepared for production. This helps catch items left unmanufactured before the house is sent to your site.
For panel houses, we can also send you photographs of the completed elements. You can see what has been made while your own team prepares for installation.
04 — Help organising delivery
We help organise transport from the factory to your site. You keep the same contact for questions between your team and the manufacturer as the house moves from production to delivery.
Your team arranges installation and the work on site. The agreed house kit is the basis for what the factory supplies.
05 — Support for your installer and what comes next
Our work continues after delivery. We can pass on technical advice to your installer and help with questions that need the manufacturer's input. You do not have to find a new contact when something comes up.
We work on the factory side. Your installer and your team are responsible for the site work and meeting local building requirements during installation. We stay available for this project and the next one.
By your side at every stage
Buying a house from a factory abroad raises the same questions every time. Here are our answers.
What kind of houses can you deliver?
Prefabricated panel houses and modern log houses, built to your drawings.
How is the factory selected?
We work with several established Estonian manufacturers and choose the one that best fits your project and its requirements.
How are the technical details agreed?
Before production. We work with your architect and the factory on the technical details and production drawings, so the house is built the way it was designed.
How do you make sure nothing is missing?
We visit the factory and check the packing lists of the finished packages against the production parts list before the house leaves. For panel houses, we can send you photos of the finished elements.
How are certificates and approvals handled?
The manufacturer provides the certificates for the house, and we pass them to you. The design is approved locally by your building engineer and, where needed, the local authority.
